E-commerce platform for building materials in Uzbekistan — nested product catalog, ordering and delivery-driver management, shipped as a monorepo with web, mobile, landing and admin apps.
AmuFlow
A system for water consumers in Uzbekistan to monitor their usage and save water: it turns free satellite data into optimised irrigation schedules for the country's canal districts.
Acoustic Biodiversity Monitoring
Monitoring birds on the EPFL campus by sound. Edge hardware runs a custom ML model so it transmits only wildlife sounds, never sensitive audio such as human conversations. Part of the GenoRobotics project at EPFL MAKE.

QAOA for Rotational Irrigation Scheduling
Research study on moisture-memory coupling in rotational irrigation: a QUBO formulation of the scheduling problem solved with QAOA, benchmarked against classical baselines for precision agriculture.
